This building was originally built in 1837. It was designed by Thornton Macness Niven as the Theological Seminary of the Associate Reformed Synod of New York. It became Siglar's Preparatory School and was purchased and enlarged in 1908 by St. Luke's Hospital which continues to utilize this building as part of its facilities.
